To help place fathers in
the best position to succeed in family court and outside of family court
“One of the hardest working fathers in our community, Eric has taught me as a
person and informed me of the phrase deadbeat fathers. He has worked with men who are the total opposite of deadbeat fathers.
Eric has done a tremendous job in educating our community on fathers who really care about their children. He has reached
out to fathers who otherwise would not have an outlet to get help.”-Renee

“To
combat the problem of fatherlessness plaguing the African-American community, there is a need for Fathers With Voices. It
is imperative that fathers who wish to be responsible parents know their rights and are given the opportunity to form bonds
with their children. There are few programs that seek to empower men who want to do better. This one accomplishes the goal
by placing the focus where it belongs: On helping responsible fathers unite with their children so that they can be effective
parents.”Shirley Henderson-Associate Editor-Ebony Magazine
